Welcome to Syvorai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI agent orchestration platform ("Services") and website ("Site"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Syvorai is a distributed AI agent orchestration platform that enables users to automate development and administrative tasks through specialized agents.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Web platform for configuring and executing AI agents
• API for integrating agents with external systems
• Dashboard for monitoring and analyzing executions
• Credit system for usage-based billing

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account and passwords
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security features
• Not overload our servers or systems
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all content, features, software, and related materials, remain with Syvorai or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal purposes, solely in accordance with these Terms.

• You retain all rights to the content you create using our Services
• You grant Syvorai a license to process your content to provide the Services
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Syvorai

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment. Pricing and payment terms are specified on our current pricing page:

• Payments are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Services until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice

Unused credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of the billing period.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Syvorai makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific needs
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results generated by AI agents
• You are responsible for verifying and validating all output generated by agents
• In no event shall Syvorai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold Syvorai harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties commit to attempting to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation for a minimum period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our Services.

The current version of these Terms will always be available on our Terms of Service page. The "Last updated" date indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the Services after posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
